Service in project mode, led by the PMO, with an established schedule, fixed scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and management of scope changes through RFCs.
Support and Assistance Contract
- Requirement according to the client’s needs (under the “shirt sizes” model), with agreed prices.
- Hourly rate, the requirement is received, the effort is estimated and construction begins.
- Ideally by negotiating a baseline.
Manpower
- Dedicated resource, managed by the client, fixed monthly contract for at least 6 months.
- Monthly fee.
- Knowledge management.
- Performance monitoring to ensure satisfaction.
Agile Squads
- Self-managed multidisciplinary team, with a level of dedication agreed by profile.
- Monthly contract for at least 6 months.
- Elastic growth with a prior agreed term.
- Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
Requirements
Requerimiento por tallas de camisetas con precios acordados.
Tarifa por hora, se recibe el requerimiento, se acuerda el esfuerzo y se inicia la construcción.
